With nearly a decade in the mechanical trades, Liam Todd brings a sharp edge of experience and leadership to Rigid Truck & Trailer’s 100 Mile House operation. With a diverse background spanning tug boats, high-performance race vehicles, motorcycles, commercial transport, and heavy-duty logging equipment, his expertise crosses industries like automotive, oil & gas, construction, and forestry. Whether it’s a dirt-covered logging truck or a race-tuned engine, Liam knows how to keep machines moving when failure isn’t an option.
Since stepping into the Service Manager role, he’s helped turn the shop into a go-to destination for fleets, loggers, and contractors across the region. Liam doesn’t just manage jobs — he leads from the front. From reorganizing workflows to tackling tough diagnostics or jumping in after hours to get a unit back on the road, he sets the standard for performance.
He’s also a key part of Rigid’s next chapter: expanding into multiple locations across B.C., reaching more customers in more remote, high-demand industries. Whether it’s the bush, the yard, or the highway, the goal stays the same — less downtime, more uptime, and no corners cut.
Born and raised in Eckville, Alberta, Ethan joined Rigid Truck & Trailer as a 1st year apprentice, bringing nearly 15 years of real-world experience from life on the farm. From a young age, he was welding, fabricating, and fixing equipment out of necessity — learning how to keep machines running when downtime wasn’t an option.
His background covers irrigation systems, pivots, tractors, medium-duty pickups, and heavy equipment, giving him a hands-on skillset that goes beyond textbooks. Ethan’s work ethic is built on long days, harsh weather, and getting the job done right — whether it’s in the field or the bay.
Now training in the trade, he’s set on earning his Red Seal, picking up his Class 1, and eventually opening his own shop back home. With a sharp mechanical mind and a no-quit attitude, Ethan is quickly proving himself as a name to watch in the diesel industry.
Rebecca joined Rigid Truck & Trailer in 2024, bringing a strong background in retail and restaurant service into a fast-paced admin role. Since then, she’s become a reliable force in the front office — managing scheduling, booking, invoicing, and technician support with accuracy and a customer-first mindset.
Her ability to stay organized and keep things moving makes her a key part of daily operations, helping ensure both customers and staff get what they need, when they need it. Focused on growth, she’s also pursuing further training and certifications to strengthen systems and services across the board.
With calm under pressure and a sharp attention to detail, Rebecca helps keep the shop running smoothly — even when things get hectic.
